What do I do if I have problems with my order?
At mstclothes we care about the satisfaction of our customers and we do everything possible so that you receive your order in perfect condition. However, we know that sometimes issues can arise during the shipping process. Therefore, we offer you the following options to resolve any problem you have with your order:
- Track your package: When making your purchase, you must enter your email, where we will send you all the information about your order, including the tracking number. With this number, you will be able to track your package on the page of the parcel you have chosen. If you do not receive this email or have difficulty accessing tracking, you can contact us by message and we will help you locate your package. To do this, we need you to provide us with the name your order is under or the order number.
- Guarantee your package: All the packages we send have a guarantee, which means that if they are lost in the parcel, are delivered to the wrong address, or arrive damaged, we will refund the full amount of your purchase or we will send you another same or similar product. according to your preference. You just have to contact us by message and explain to us what happened with your order. We will ask you to send us a photo of the defective package or product, if applicable, to verify the problem and proceed with the solution.
Important note: Some orders are not synchronized with page tracking, which means that even if your order says it has not been shipped yet, it already has been. This is very difficult for us and we are working to solve it. If your order is in this situation, don't worry, just send us a message and we will gladly send you the tracking. This especially applies to the Yeezy Foam Runner, which cannot be tracked by the page.
